In November 1999, Brian opened Premier Auto Body with the vision to create the premier collision auto body repair shop in Harrisonburg. With over 25 years’ experience in the auto body industry, Brian has grown the business from a one-man operation to an enterprise centered on customer satisfaction that employs 16 professionals. He remains integrated in the business today, leading with a hands-on approach. Brian manages daily operations and takes great pride in making sure each customer is satisfied with their repair and that his employees feel his respect and appreciation. In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Tammy, and their four-legged buddies, Bondo, Caesar, and Blue.
Tammy began working full-time for Premier in August 2010. Building on a 23-year career with Rockingham County government working in the Human Resources Department, Tammy brought her knowledge and experience working with people to managing the front office. Tammy is involved with all aspects of the business. Her experience in the Human Resources field allows her to communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies alike. Her friendly, genuine approach helps customers feel at ease when dealing with the repair process. Tammy also manages the daily operations of the business including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and employee benefits. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and their four-legged buddies, Bondo, Caesar, and Blue.
Chris has been in the auto body industry for almost a decade and began working full-time for Premier in March 2011. Chris holds an I-Car Platinum Individual Certification, recognizing individuals in the collision industry who achieve and maintain high levels of role-relevant training. Earning the Platinum Individual designation has equipped Chris with the knowledge and skills needed to perform complete and safe repairs. Chris brings his friendly personality communicating with customers, insurance companies, and adjusters. He is an asset to the front office with his vast knowledge of computers and computer programming.
Lauren began working with Premier Auto Body in December 2011. Her kind, friendly demeanor makes you feel right at home when you call in or come in through the door. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in people are a perfect fit for Premier’s welcoming atmosphere. In June 2013, Lauren was promoted to Estimator and will be providing customers with estimates on their auto repair. Lauren is a graduate of Blue Ridge Community College and enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Riley, when she is not cheerfully supporting your collision auto body repair process.
