When you show us your vehicle, we provide an estimate and begin to plan the repair process. If need be, we communicate our evaluation and estimate to the insurance company. At this point, it is useful for you to:
- Confirm your claim number and check your insurance policy’s coverage.
- Be sure to relay any authorization and signature(s) required for repairs to be completed.
We’ll disassemble the damaged parts and inspect your vehicle for any hidden damage, which we will communicate to you and your insurance company.
When replacement parts arrive, we will repair your vehicle based on our plan. Once we’ve completed the bodywork, we will inspect our workmanship to ensure Premier’s high standards are met.
Next we’ll clean, sand, prime, seal and mask your car to prepare it for a paint job. Our trained technicians will expertly color match your vehicle’s existing color before multiple coats of paint are applied. We finish it off with a clear coat to add gloss and protection.
Once the final parts have been assembled, we clean and inspect your vehicle to Premier Auto Body’s quality standards. We’ll then let you know that we are finished and you can schedule a pick-up time. When you come in, we review the repairs with you to ensure your complete satisfaction with our collision auto body repair.
